• 3+ years of professional experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) and real-time communication.
• Familiarity with VoIP servers and frameworks (e.g., Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Janus).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery, etc.).
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, UDP, NAT traversal, STUN/TURN/ICE).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
