• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

,[You will ensure that all aspects of Purchase to Pay (PtP) process are managed effectively, You will be responsible for correct and timely processing of incoming invoices, travel expenses, credit card transactions and payments, Together with the Team you will have in your scope variety of Purchase to Pay process, including:, Invoice and goods receipts processing, Expense management, Credit and petrol cards settlement, Vendor and employees payments, Vendor master data, Assistance in monthly cash forecasting, Month end closing activities, Accounts reconciliation, Reporting of business metrics and KPIs, Internal Controls] Requirements: Experience in P2P department, SAP Additionally: Sport subscription, Ubezpieczenie na życie, Private healthcare, Lunch card.
