,[Support the Change Management team and Product Owners to ensure effective change, projects, and programmes management, Support Product Owners in coordination and organization of cross-team changes delivery, ensuring transparent delivery and that all needed arifacts and communication are in place, Act as a project management subject matter expert and share project management tools and good practices with teams to promote and execute IPF Digital project management standards, Prepare IT teams metrics and reports and distribute them to Head of Change Management and IT Director or other relevant stakeholders, Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts for audit and regulatory purposes, Continuously explore and experiment with possibilities leading to improving teams performance through application of Data and AI ] Requirements: Project management, AI, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project support Tools: Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
