POPIS POZICE:
Are you a university student looking for a great job opportunity? Do you like communication with people and have good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)? If you have advanced English and you are able to work at least 30 hours/week, we are looking for you!

We are hiring PROJECT SUPPORT | INTEGRATION TEAM with English and look forward to receiving your CV.

Job description:
- Assist with coordinating project activities and ensuring everything stays on track

- Communicate with various teams and stakeholders – maintain a smooth flow of information

Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks

Prepare quotations and supporting documents for projects

Process data and prepare regular reports (e.g. in Excel, Power BI)

- Work with systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel

- Analyze financial data and contribute to budget input preparation

Start: Immediately
Salary: 34 000Kč/month
Long-term cooperation, flexible working hours
Location: Prague 4 (right next to the Chodov metro station)

POŽADAVKY:
- University student in Economics/IT ideally
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (working with large spreadsheets, VLOOKUP, formulas, and weekly reporting)
- Advanced English (daily communication with foreigners - oral, telephonic, written)
- Basic understanding of IT

- Knowledge of Power BI or Salesforce is an advantage, but not required
