Essential skills:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Java developer,
• Hands-on experience in project-based development within a team,
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns,
• Strong experience with microservices architecture,
• Proficiency in Java and SQL (PostgreSQL),
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring JPA, Spring WebFlux, and Spring Microservices,
• Experience with Git and writing unit and integration tests,
• Independent, communicative, and quality-focused approach to work.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of insurance processes (sales, post-sales service, claims),
• Experience with automated GUI testing (e.g., Selenium),
• Background in AWS Cloud-based development,
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design,
• Ability to work with distributed systems.
