• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in Payroll and Time Management.
• Solid background in project management and experience acting as a Product Owner or similar leadership role in HR IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English 
• German is nice to have
