• Previous experience in product ownership.
• Proven track record leading successful API or B2B2C products through all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of API design, backend application development, and associated documentation.
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Embedded Finance, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS).
• Consumer- and metrics-driven mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing customer and regulatory needs.
• A drive to understand and delight both technical and business users, with the end customer experience in mind.

Nice to Have

• Experience building customer or party management services and understanding their importance in supporting key journeys across a platform.
• Experience working on a neo core banking or microservice platform.

,[Own and lead products in the BaaS Customer domain, acting as the go-to expert for your product area., Collaborate with the Product Manager to deliver scalable customer management solutions., Define and prioritize the squad backlog in consultation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders., Break down EPICs into detailed user stories and feature specifications in JIRA (including acceptance criteria and scenarios)., Work with the Tech Lead to set sprint objectives and ensure high-quality output, focusing on risk and regulatory compliance., Ensure adherence to Product Governance processes., Design and build services from an API-first perspective to enable multiple consumer journeys in line with published standards] Requirements: API, SaaS, Stakeholder management Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee.
