• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner
  
• Ability to explain requirements to the development team (including acceptance criteria definitions, backlog refinement sessions, support for estimations)
• Works with Delivery Manager on any product-related issues, managing and organizing requirements backlog
• Responsible for product status communication to DM
• Responsible for Risk Management related to product and escalation of risks to DM
• High availability for the team to answer product questions or clarify requirements
• Background in Business Analysis - good analytical thinking
• Interaction with end-users and/or business partners representatives to collect, understand and analyse requirements
• Ability to understand the business domain and proactive requirements proposal and gathering responsibility for decision taking on product
• Good sense of cultural differences
• Nice to have: Background in User Experience/Software Development/Architecture
