• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a product team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Experience with application management & Configurations
• Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fleet Management or Healthcare, even the teams portfolio of applications is a major plus.
  
• Ability and interest in understanding both complex business problems, identifying and interpreting business needs as well as understanding technical solutions and challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, team building, critical thinking, and proactive planning skills.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members and stakeholders.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Product Owner to strengthen this journey.

,[You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the Fleet Capability of Fleet management technologies. Ensuring the successful implementation, roll-out and continuous improvement of the technology stack that is part of Fleet management team. The solutions are both direct fleet management solutions, but also technologies that in other ways support the Fleet capability, and often third-party SaaS solutions. You will be driving this Fleet capability as a PO that also works as an HR-manager of people locally present in Warsaw., Support Falck Scandinavia, Falck Europe, with Fleet management technologies in a newly defined FLEET capability, owning the roadmap , Ensure correct prioritization of business requirement in our team together with the business entity Ambulance excellence, Define and communicate the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology stack in the Fleet capability, Advice on Fleet technologies from a cost efficient perspective, keeping a strong focus on development and operational costs., Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs., Work closely with ambulance excellence to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features and enhancements that benefits directly our customers in Falck, Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and ensure the team is focused on the highest value tasks., Act as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries regarding Fleet and provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding product status and updates.] Requirements: Tools: .
