• Previous experience in a similar role (Product Manager/Owner, Delivery Lead, Business Analyst,
  Quality Analyst, Usability Analyst)
  
• At least 3 years of working on software development projects in an agile requirements analysis role
  
• Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software
  applications
  
• Experience in web and mobile applications is considered a plus
  
• Proven ability to work within teams using a variety of software development methods, including
  product development using agile software delivery methods
  
• A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent is a plus
  
• Motivated by learning and continuous improvement
  
• Engaging, influential, dynamic, and authoritative with excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Influences complex and contentious topics with credibility, expertise and professionalism

,[Work with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals, Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product., Possess a fundamental understanding of end to end customer experience integration and dependencies., Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence, Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide our CLS Software Development teams., Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy., Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and also for longer-term delivery along with Product Managers and stakeholders., Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business development commitments., Ensure that dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations are identified and managed., Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team, Increase transparency and enable direct communication between tech and business, Provide the necessary information required to help teams make informed decisions autonomously, Support the teams to reach their long and short term commitments by removing anything that impedes their work, Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation., Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops and enable overall orchestration among various teams, stakeholders, and customers, Run refinement sessions with the development teams in order to articulate delivery goals, providedetails and refine stories.
