• 8+ years’ experience in product marketing, preferably within defense, aerospace, robotics or high-tech sectors.
• Proven experience launching products or components from scratch.
• Strong experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
• Ability to translate user insights into product value and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset — able to connect user needs with company goals.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (software, hardware, production, marketing).
• Structured, proactive, and independent.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1), Ukrainian and/or Russian; other languages are a plus.
