On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven Product Manager with proven experience in sportsbook and online casino products to join their growing iGaming team in Krakow. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and delivering exceptional user experiences that drive player engagement and revenue growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of sportsbook and casino ecosystems, regulatory compliance, and the competitive iGaming landscape.

You bring:

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry is a must.
• Proven track record in managing sportsbook and/or casino products.
• Strong understanding of player journeys, UX/UI principles, and engagement mechanics in iGaming.
• Familiarity with sports betting markets, odds management, RNG, live casino, and gamification trends.
• Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data-driven decision-making (KPIs, A/B testing, BI tools).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and responsible gaming frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
