We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong security background to join our team and play a pivotal role in our mission.

What you’ll do:

* Shape the product roadmap and drive Logmanager’s global evolution

* Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to inform product strategy

* Identify opportunities for differentiation and ensure Logmanager stays ahead of market needs

* Write and refine user stories that turn ideas into clear, actionable development tasks

* Lead backlog refinements, sprint plannings, and reviews with our Agile team

* Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, market feedback, and technical feasibility

* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful value

* Analyze feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and product performance — and turn insights into continuous improvements

* Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

What we expect:

* A technical background (software development, IT, or related field)

* Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect technical, business, and user perspectives

* A curious mindset and passion for understanding markets, customers, and competition

* Ability to balance technical depth with user experience and business goals

* Excellent communication and ownership mindset

* English at a full working proficiency level (you’ll collaborate with international partners)

* Based in Prague or Brno, or available for a hybrid working mode
