Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or digital payment product development or management, preferably on a pan-European scale 
• At least 4 years of experience drafting reports and recommendations for senior management and external stakeholders 
• Experience in business model planning particularly in retail payments 
• Proven ability to build consensus among diverse groups on complex issues 
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels 
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities 
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines 
• Exceptional drafting skills, especially for notes and reports 
• Ability to condense complex topics for senior management communication 
• Strong knowledge of payment-related security standards and industry implementations 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting technical specifications for payment projects

Location: Poland (100% remote work)
Salary: 150 – 170 PLN/h + VAT (B2B via Experis)
Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month 

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Payments Domain to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the development, rollout, and piloting of innovative retail and digital payment products across Europe, working closely with both the Product Development and Product Rollout Teams.
