Are you ready to take the next step in your procurement career? We are supporting a renowned international company in the pharmaceutical sector in their search for a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Prague on a part-time, 6-month contract basis - with the option to extend the contract and potentially increase the working hours based on project needs."

In this role, you’ll collaborate with global and local stakeholders to support category strategies, manage sourcing projects, and deliver real business impact. You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team working in a hybrid model – with the flexibility to partially work from home.



• Support the creation of category strategies and annual plans with guidance from the Global Category Lead

• Execute sourcing initiatives and implement procurement actions within defined categories

• Help collect and analyze supplier, market, and business data to inform procurement decisions

• Contribute to savings delivery and performance tracking

• Coordinate supplier segmentation activities and documentation

• Source production equipment and materials for inter-company moves

• Facilitate risk and issue management within categories

• Assist with contract management and execution

• Provide insights based on procurement best practices and internal systems
Co od vás očekáváme
• Experience in procurement, ideally in complex or regulated environments

• Strong analytical, vendor management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Knowledge of category management, negotiation, and sourcing processes

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract: 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension and potential increase in working hours

• Working Hours: 50% (approx. 20 hours/week)

• Work Mode: Hybrid (partial remote, with on-site presence at Prague 4 )

• Travel Required: None

• Salary: equivalent to 50,000–55,000 CZK gross monthly)
