• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, and Bash are necessary;
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries is crucial;

If so, you might be our new Principal Architect, AI and Infrastructure Emerging Technologies in Infrastructure Platform!

You will join the leadership team of our new Infrastructure Platform, where we are committed to changing the way we work by implementing the DSO mindset and practices globally. We are responsible for building the Next Generation Infrastructure Platform for Bayer, supporting the integration, orchestration, and optimization of Bayer’s digital capabilities and assets, focusing on Connectivity, Cloud Computing, API, Automation and AI. We enable digital transformation, innovation, and agility by adopting new technologies, methodologies, and best practices such as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Composable Infrastructure Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence by design.

You will work closely with our Unit Heads as well as with our Principals. Our organization includes 220+ colleagues across five continents in 43 countries. We are accelerating digital value creation through standardized, secure, and efficient technology platforms – we are Bayers digital backbone.
