Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO role or supporting large-scale IT projects 
• Prior exposure to IT separation / carve-out / application migration projects – highly valued 
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe 
• Proven ability to manage application-level project plans and status updates 
• Comfort working with governance structures, steering committees, and multi-level reporting 
• Experience with project tools such as: MS Project, JIRA / Confluence ServiceNow, Smartsheet 
• Fluent English (C1) – all documentation and communication in English 

As PMO within a global IT carve-out program. Your responsibilities will focus on project coordination, governance support, and plan tracking across more than 90 application platforms spanning multiple regions and business units.
