• Advanced data analysis experience. You must have expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulae to produce portfolio/programme performance analysis and dashboards
• Good understanding of Portfolio / Project Management frameworks and methodologies e.g. Waterfall / Agile and associated best practice techniques with demonstrable experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role
• Very good knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project or equivalent for the creation of projects and provision of basic support to users
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills. You will interact with Change & Transformation Leads, Programme Mangers and senior stakeholders with ability to present complex information clearly
• Fast pace. Able to work to challenging timescales and deliver accurate information at pace and able to manage expectations of key stakeholders
• Proficiency in English
