Plant Controller

Our international industrial (plant) controlling team is looking for a new colleague with financial background and analytical skills.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Monthly/annual closing cooperation (accounting, controlling)
• Evaluation of production plants performance using KPI’s
• Periodical reporting, identification and explanation of variances
• Costs optimization
• Products calculation using full production costs method
• Material master data administration in SAP system
• Active involvement in financial budgeting process
• Operative cooperation and industrial management support
• Cooperation in projects and ad-hoc analysis (e.g. new product prices calculations, logistic reports)

What do we expect?

• University degree (finance / economics)
• Min. 2 years of experience in financial position (controlling / reporting / accounting), experience in industrial controlling as an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting and IFRS
• Advanced English and Czech/Slovak is a must, German as an advantage
• Advanced user of Excel (pivot tables, sumif, conditional formatting etc.), knowledge of SAP and Cognos as an advantage
• Analytical skills and conceptual thinking
