• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields
• 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or team coordination
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Highly organized and self-driven; able to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Passionate about team culture, employee engagement, and workplace improvement
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Openness to work part-time (40 - 60 % of full-time) and work in the Katowice office 2 days a week.
