YOUR PROFILE

• 15+ years of payroll leadership and advisory experience, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Proven success managing large-scale, multinational payroll projects.
• Deep expertise in global payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong consulting acumen, able to diagnose, design, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level.
• Willingness to travel globally to support client needs.

We’re looking for a Transformation Manager to spearhead our Payroll Advisory services, guiding multinational clients through strategic change, regulatory complexity, and digital transformation.
