Payroll Analyst
Payroll Execution:
Timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles using country-specific templates
Management of inputs: base pay, new hires, separations, bonuses, schedule changes, and one-time payments
Coordination with third-party vendors or in-house teams
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure complete and accurate payroll data
Prepare internal and external payroll-related communications
Act as liaison for vendor system updates or process improvements
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure compliance with SOX, statutory, and internal controls
Manage and submit year-end returns and statutory filings (P11D, PSA, ERS, STBV)
Own audit processes (internal and external)
Process Ownership:
Maintain annual payroll calendar and communicate updates
Maintain and update process documentation
Make process improvement recommendations to Cluster Payroll Lead
Support payroll-related and cross-functional projects

Požadavky: Are you passionate about accuracy, compliance, and making a real impact behind the scenes? Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst to join our international HR operations team supporting the Sweden cluster, with primary responsibility for payroll processes in the UK.
Why this role matters:
As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery for multiple countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Ireland – with a focus on the UK). Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support the entire payroll lifecycle – from data validation to answering employee inquiries.
Certification: Payroll Advanced Technician Certificate (CIPP preferred)
Experience: 3–5 years in payroll processing/operations; multinational or service center environment preferred
Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK payroll processes, regulations, and vendors
Tools: Experience with SDWorx, CORE, Workday, Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
Skills: English fluency, strong analytical abilities, research and compliance knowledge, familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g. DTPs)
