• Basic experience in searching public records and legal documents online;
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Genuine interest in law and the crypto-asset industry;
• Full-time employment is required — 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday),
• Experience in using AI tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• conducting legal research;
• preparing commercial proposals, presentations, legal letters, legal reviews;
• writing short articles for our website;
• drafting all kinds of legal documents;
• supporting client communication by preparing correspondence, requests, and informational materials;
• performing other duties as assigned.
