Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Procure-to-Pay process design and execution.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity within transformation programs.
• Deep functional knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
• Strong, hands-on project delivery experience with platforms such as SAP (mandatory), VIM, Oracle, or other P2P systems.
• Familiarity with global operating models and complex client landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish (both spoken and written).

Preferred Sector Experience:
Experience in at least one of the following industries is preferred:

• Professional Services / Consulting
• Manufacturing / Engineering
• FMCG / Consumer Goods
• Energy / Utilities

Additional Advantages:

• Background in shared service center transitions or BPO delivery environments.
• Understanding of compliance and audit frameworks such as SOX.
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Swedish.
