OTC Senior Specialist @ Antal

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or O2C/B2C processes.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (min. B2).
• Demonstrated willingness and motivation to develop leadership capabilities.

Location: Katowice
Office attendance: 2-4 days per month
