We represent top brands on marketplaces across the US and Europe. We are currently looking for an Order Processing Assistant to help us maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Your path in the team:

First month:

• Familiarize yourself with platforms and processes
• Work under the guidance of a mentor
• Start handling customer inquiries independently

Third month:

• Take full responsibility for the order processing cycle
• Build strong communication with customers
• Suggest initiatives to improve the customer experience
