We are currently looking for an Order Processing Assistant to help us maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Your path in the team:
First month:
- Familiarize yourself with platforms and processes
- Work under the guidance of a mentor
- Start handling customer inquiries independently
Third month:
- Take full responsibility for the order processing cycle
- Build strong communication with customers
- Suggest initiatives to improve the customer experience
