Operations Engineer - Analytics @ Devire

Polsko

  • You hold at least a bachelors degree in business administration, information technology or in a related field, combined with practical experience at best inside product teams working in the data and/or analytics area.
  • Experience with respective applications / customizing within solution boundaries.
  • Experience with Enterprise-wide Monitoring Software is welcome.
  • Strong proficiency in agile tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) and DevOps version control concepts (Git).
  • Understanding technical implementation of data processing concepts.
  • Experience with Azure environment, Salesforce or Tableau as a plus.
  • Fluent in English
  • German or other language as a plus.
  • Ability to connect and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, team members ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Open for regular international travel (from 2 to 3 per year).

For our internation Client we seek an Operations Engineer - Analytics. 

,[Monitor events, system performance and availability to allow normal operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions enabling the product teams to create resilient analytical products., React to incidents, requests, questions and feedback on available analytics products with aligned information on the 2nd and 3rd support lines., Define an end-to-end provisioning process facilitating automation wherever possible., Ensure addition, modification or removal of any technology asset in a standard and controlled manner., Adapt and therefore optimize incoming requests. Name and accomplish necessary changes to optimize the processes inside analytics product environment., Organize and ensure analytical products related knowledge and documentation in the used toolset of the area., Identify places for IT operations improvement in area of specific Product Team and potentially implement them.] Requirements: Degree, Jira, DevOps, Git, Azure, Salesforce, Tableau
