We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Support & Service Delivery on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for support and ensure stable operations of the DTC platform and to provide service delivery capabilities for project execution. The new employee will handle incidents, ensure SLA compliance,
support backlog management, and contribute to scalability and performance improvements.
