• Minimum 2 years of expe­ri­ence in opera­ti­onal purcha­sing, preferably mecha­nical or elec­tronic components
• Strong analy­tical skills for evalua­ting supplier perfor­mance
• Proven nego­tia­tion expe­ri­ence with suppliers and vendors
• Fami­lia­rity with procu­re­ment soft­ware (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Excel­lent commu­ni­ca­tion skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Availa­bi­lity for on-site coor­di­na­tion meetings in Lublin as needed
