The Deutsche Börse Group is one of the largest exchange organizations worldwide. As a financial marketplace organizer, the company provides a portfolio of services covering the entire process chain: securities and derivatives trading and clearing, netting and transaction settlement, custody and provision of market information. Information Technology designs, builds and operates the technological infrastructure of the company. These highly integrated and automated IT systems are essential to our success.
The Post Trade IT department is operating on premise and cloud based IT infrastructure for clearing platforms, settlements, and vault management.
Your responsibilities:
- Red Hat OpenShift Cluster administration in multiple cloud environments (Azure Cloud and Google Cloud)
- Helping developers to migrate and run workload as containers in Openshift, by providing best-practice examples, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions for platform limitations
- Automating management of: passwords, configs, deployments, alerting, logs rotation and archiving, monitoring
- Performing Linux Administration tasks (software updates, configuration updates, troubleshooting)
- Automating deployments and configuration of cloud assets, following company’s security and system hardening best-practice principles
Your profile:
- At least 1 year of practical experience in OpenShift
- Experience with Linux administration
- Experience with OpenShift Cluster Administration and Azure/Google Cloud platform operations
- Experience with Bash and/or Python and with automation tools
- Experience with Github, Ansible (Terraform is nice to have)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
