• Previous experience in onboarding or administration in a complex, dynamic environment
• Good understanding of the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR procedures
• Familiarity with background checks and hiring compliance
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ✨Onboarding Specialist✨ to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires—from the moment they accept an offer to their first day on the job. 

,[Manage and coordinate all onboarding activities post-offer acceptance, Prepare contracts and manage hiring documentation, Collect, review, and process employee documents, Store and hand over hard copy documentation, Transfer required forms and personnel files to HR Service Delivery, Act as the main point of contact for new hires, Organize Induction Days and Meet & Greet sessions, Address and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process, Ensure all onboarding paperwork is complete and accurately entered into the system, Set up new hires for a successful first day, Collect feedback and identify areas for onboarding improvement, Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding processes, Work closely with Resourcing, Management, and Line Managers, Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees] Requirements: onboarding, HR, proactive, Communication skills Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
