• Min BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
• Onboarding  administration or related experience gained in a complex, hiring environment
• A good understanding of the Onboarding process in order to best be able to support candidates and colleagues alike
• Proficient in both English and Polish at a professional level
• Familiarity with employment rules and regulations
• Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
• Knowledge of background screening processes, recruitment or human resources a plus
• Capable of understanding data in order to prioritise workload
• Self-starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Very good communication skills

Work for a large international company in the banking industry. 

,[Support all activities as it pertains to on-boarding activities once the candidate has officially accepted an offer:, Contracts production and following up on required hiring documents, Gather and process documents, Review documents, Handover hard copy documents, Store documents, Bank ID generation (Online Employee Hire Form process), Handle the necessary documents as well as forms/pfiles to HR Service Delivery, Act as the main point of contact during the on-boarding process, Organize Induction day for all new hires along with Meet & Greet session prior to start date , Resolve any delays or obstacles during the hiring process. , Ensure all required paperwork is complete, documentation is entered into system, and new hires are prepared for start date., Continually evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs by soliciting feedback through direct communication, Evaluate and improve existing internal collaboration and cross-departmental opportunities related to Onboarding activities] Requirements: HR, Onboarding, Communication skills, Attention to details Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
