Office Assistant @ Dynamic Solutions
- University degree or a student in the final years of study (4th or 5th year)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks
- Basic understanding of document workflow principles
- Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional attitude, high energy, and flexibility
- Confident use of productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and basic office equipment
- Fluency in both Polish and English
We are looking for an Office Assistant who will ensure smooth office operations and support administrative, HR, and finance processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit.
You will support a headquarters team of around 20–25 people on-site, as well as facilitate communication and coordination with colleagues working from other locations and coworking spaces.
