Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Procure office, food, and hygiene supplies
  • Report and follow up on technical issues in the office
  • Ensure office services and order small repairs when needed
  • Coordinate shipments and work with courier companies
  • Manage and respond to Jira tickets; coordinate requests across teams
  • Provide daily support to office employees, responding to individual needs
  • Order print materials (business cards, leaflets), stamps
  • Issue office access (permanent or temporary), including application access or card issuance
  • Process cost invoices in line with internal procedures
  • Manage archiving of documents
  • Handle and coordinate qualified signatures
  • Oversee the translation process; collaborate with external translation agencies
  • Book meeting rooms; prepare meeting materials and arrange snacks as requested
