• Minimum certification: CCNA/JNCIA.
• Understanding of POP infrastructure and familiarity with concepts such as MMR, cross connect, peering, cage, patch panel, and ODF.
• Solid understanding of fiber-optic technology including cable types, connector types, optic types, patch panels, and optical transport technologies.
• Experience in ordering cross connects and local patches.
• Experience in edge capacity provisioning and decommissioning.
• Experience in network optimization (re-stripes, migrations, capacity upgrades).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with protocols such as BGP, LACP, IS-IS, and MPLS.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience maintaining documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and apply troubleshooting skills, tools, and creative problem-solving under pressure.
• Ability to interact with external peers and vendors, as well as with internal teams.
• Programming and scripting capabilities are strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.

,[Deploy, configure, and support a largescale production and corporate network and server infrastructure in data centers, Points of Presence (POP), edge, backbone, datacenter, and content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure., Provide onsite network support and expertise at local data center campuses and remote support for POP sites, collaborating with local vendor support staff., Schedule and perform network maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while minimizing impact on the production network., Calculate and document equipment power requirements; coordinate with Engineering, Facilities Operations, and/or colocation vendors to meet these needs., Collaborate closely with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors to integrate new equipment and technologies into the production network., Work with network provisioning engineers to activate new circuits and escalate issues with vendors for troubleshooting faulty or out-of-service circuits., Manage task and incident queues; participate in ongoing DC/POP deployment projects., Use internal tools and scripts to configure, monitor, and repair servers and network equipment., Develop internal documentation and conduct training sessions as needed., Proactively contribute to evolving documentation, automation, and processes., Follow, improve, and implement best practices for data centers and POPs., Participate in on-call rotations and follow escalation procedures to support 24/7 infrastructure operations.] Requirements: CCNA, Protocols, BGP Tools: GIT.
