• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate network automation, with a proven track record of success in designing, developing, and implementing complex automation solutions. 
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines within a large-scale enterprise environment. 
• Good understanding of Cisco SDA/SD-WAN, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds. 
• Existing experience or readiness to develop skills in AI, with focus on applicability for automation of Network Operations. 
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience, including the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. 
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Automation Architect to establish and lead a newly formed team focused on maturing our global corporate network automation capabilities. This role is critical in defining and implementing our network automation architecture and roadmap, guiding the development of automated solutions, and mentoring a growing team of network automation engineers. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success in designing, developing, and implementing complex network automation solutions within a large multinational corporation. In this role candidate will have key influence on our automation strategy and its ultimate success.

,[Define and implement the overall network automation architecture, infrastructure and development roadmap – taking the fragmented and ad-hoc automation to the next level of maturity , Roadmap should maximize return on investment from network automation in terms of efficiency and tangible service quality improvements, while addressing technical and data quality debt to pave way for more automation in the future , Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for our corporate network infrastructure using technologies such as Cisco SDN (SDA/SD-WAN), ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Python, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Terraform, AI. , Establish coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines for all network automation development. , Create and maintain sufficient documentation for automation solutions, processes, and architectures to ensure maintainability, compliance and risk management. , Define data management strategy (sources of truth for all types of data, system integrations) , Management of automation backlog, work planning and responsibility for team’s execution and deliverables , Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 network automation engineers (team size expected to grow). , Collaborate with Global Network Architecture, Global Network Operations and other IT teams (e.g., security, cloud) to ensure automation solutions are efficient and fit for purpose. , Troubleshoot and resolve complex network automation issues. , Stay current with emerging network automation technologies, and best practice, including AI ] Requirements: Cisco, SDN, SDA, Python, CI/CD Pipelines, Azure, DevOps, Terraform, AI, Security, risk management, Data management, Cloud, Communication skills, SolarWinds, ServiceNow Tools: .
