Experience


  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a development team.
  • At least 2 years in a senior technical role such as Technology Lead or Solutions Architect.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience, ideally with .NET technologies.

Technical Competencies


  • Broad understanding of cloud-based architectures and services.
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET and software architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
  • Practical experience with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of programming toolchains and CI/CD processes.
  • Competence with UML and architecture modeling tools.
  • Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Background in developing distributed systems using object-oriented languages, services, integrations, and databases.
  • Experience shaping architecture using enterprise-grade design tools.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead with a .NET background to support the development of modern technology solutions within a growing product and engineering organization.

The local R&D department includes several dozen specialists — developers, test engineers, team leads, and project roles — working on internally built systems as well as solutions delivered in cooperation with external technology partners. The team oversees architectural consistency, systems integration, SDLC standards, and the evolution of shared services used across the organization.

This position combines responsibilities typical for both an Engineering Lead and a Team Lead, involving the establishment of technical standards as well as hands-on involvement in designing and delivering software solutions.
