Requirements:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, ideally in enterprise-level implementations 
• CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform 
• System integration, customization, plugin development, and data modeling 
• Azure services used in Dynamics 365 architecture (e.g. Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) 
• Data migration strategies 
• CRM lifecycle management tools (ALM) 
• Excellent English language skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to discuss visions, align teams, and build consensus across functions 
• Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments 

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
• Experience with DevOps pipelines, solution packaging, and continuous delivery in Dynamics 365 environments. 
• Familiarity with customer journey orchestration and CRM analytics.

This is a key senior-level role, where you’ll design, lead, and deliver scalable CRM solutions tailored to complex business needs. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to align technology with business strategy, while also guiding implementation from architecture through delivery. Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus across stakeholders are essential. You’ll be working in a multicultural environment, collaborating with both business and technical teams to create a CRM ecosystem that drives customer engagement and operational excellence.
