IT Support Specialist (Service Desk Manager), Warszawa @ UPSTARS
- 1 year of experience in a Service Desk / System Administrator / Help Desk role;
- Computer skills at an "Administrator" level;
- Experience configuring and installing operating systems (Windows / MacOS);
- Experience setting up software and data encryption (BitLocker / FileVault);
- Procurement of computer equipment;
- Support for computer repair processes;
- Ability to perform preliminary diagnostics of equipment independently;
- Networking knowledge at a "Proficient User" level;
- Ability to work with peripherals.
