Must have:

• For Middle position: 2+ years of Flutter/Dart mobile development
• For Senior position: 5+ years of professional mobile development, including 3+ years with Flutter/Dart
• Expertise in state management (Bloc, Riverpod) and architectural patterns (for Senior)
• Proven experience designing and integrating APIs with robust error handling
• Confident debugging and performance profiling skills
• Deep knowledge of iOS/Android build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices  (for Senior)
• Solid experience with automated testing strategies and test frameworks (for Senior)
• Strong Git proficiency and collaborative workflows
• Hands-on with analytics, engagement, and monitoring tools (for Senior)
• Familiarity with code-quality and dependency management tools (SonarQube, Sonatype or similar) - for Senior
• Publishing apps into Apple App Store / Google Play Store, including privacy, compliance regulations, and end-to-end process (for Senior)
• Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers (for Senior)
• Very good communication and reasoning skills
• Written and spoken English: intermediate or higher
  

Nice to have:

• Native iOS or Android development experience is a bonus
• Hands-on with Amplitude, Braze, Smartlook, and Firebase
• Experience with Algolia search integration
• Exposure to end-to-end testing and release processes

Members unlock deeper discounts, exclusive bottles, and special perks.   The team is actively simplifying the app after years of tech debt - unifying state management, raising quality standards, and improving delivery cadence. You can expect to encounter some legacy challenges while helping us standardize and modernize the codebase. Success in this role will require clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and disciplined debugging across native tools and CI/CD pipelines.
