Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis field 
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and preparing data for reporting and analytics 
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, report/dashboard design best practices 
• Experience working with Snowflake for data ingestion and transformation 
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and validating data accuracy 
• Basic Python skills (for data manipulation and automation) 
• Ability to work efficiently with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources 
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, GDPR) 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams 
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights 
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

You will work with data in Snowflake: prepare, transform, and analyze information for reporting purposes, primarily using Power BI or Tableau. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards.   Business domain: Travelling and Booking.

This is a hybrid position, so we expect candidates to visit an office in one of our five locations (Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Białystok) at least once a week.
