- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT field;
- Experience with Scrum and understanding of Agile;
- Strong theoretical knowledge in project management, preferably PMBoK;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and key UX/UI practices and processes;
- Practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.);

- Understanding web design & development approaches, CMS development and modern web frameworks principles.
- Experience in people management practices;
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (fluent verbal & written communication).
