IF YOU ARE


  • Experienced with 3+ years in Atlassian administration
  • Strong in administering Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, and others
  • Skilled in Atlassian cloud migrations, such as Server-to-Cloud or Data Center-to-Cloud
  • Competent in leading teams
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL processes and ITSM, with a solid theoretical understanding
  • Confident in customer support or system administration
  • Experienced in ScriptRunner or Groovy
  • Proficient in problem-solving and research, with a strong desire to help others resolve issues
  • Effective as a team player
  • Confident in communicating in English at an upper-intermediate level
  • Equipped with a technical background (would be a plus)
