Required

• Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS/K3s, ECS, EC2, Load Balancer, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, etc.)
• Strong experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads in production.
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
• Strong understanding and practical usage of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (e.g. Jenkins)
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
• Familiarity with Linux system administration and shell scripting
• Good grasp of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, security groups, routing, etc.)
• Competence in monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Experience in maintaining high availability and backups for critical services
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g. CIS benchmarks, AWS Well-Architected)
• Understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management and environment separation (dev/stage/prod)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cost optimization and budgeting in AWS
• Use of configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef)
• Experience with multi-account AWS organizations and IAM policies at scale
• Experience with operational and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 20000)

As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure to support high-performing and secure production environments. You’ll take full ownership of infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud security implementation — ensuring our systems are resilient, cost-efficient, and aligned with best practices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AWS, Terraform, and containerized environments, who thrives on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and solving operational challenges in a fast-paced, cloud-native ecosystem.
