Master Data & Back Office Administrator
POPIS POZICE:
Do you have experience in administrative customer service support?
Are you fluent in English and detail-oriented?

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Master Data & Backoffice Administrator. In this role, you will support the Customer Service team by ensuring the smooth processing of orders and accurate management of customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and monitor offline customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and invoices
*
Act as electronic point of contact for customers and sales representatives
* Handle customer product and service complaints
*
Manage the billing process and perform invoice corrections
*
Handle product recalls and follow related procedures
* Maintain and validate Customer Master Data, including pricing and discount information
* Identify and correct data quality issues
Location: Prague
Salary: 45 000 - 47 000 CZK/m
Start: immediately

POŽADAVKY:
* Fluent English speaker (written and verbal communication)
* Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficient in CRM systems, ERP, and MS Excel

Flexible and able to adapt to new processes and tasks
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
