  • Over 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics: competitive analysis, market analysis, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and activity analysis.
  • Understanding of local cultural values, behaviours, and communications.
  • Experience in analysing large data sets.
  • Ability to work with text and adapt messages to the local market (e.g., optimisation of sales scripts).
  • Experience in researching user personas and conducting in-depth analysis of target audience profiles.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in implementing strategies to improve customer service in the B2C segment.
  • Experience in conducting research and marketing experiments.
  • High level of analytical skills, flexibility of thinking, and a research-oriented mindset.
  • C1 level proficiency in Polish.
