- Over 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Experience in sales.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics: competitive analysis, market analysis, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and activity analysis.
- Understanding of local cultural values, behaviours, and communications.
- Experience in analysing large data sets.
- Ability to work with text and adapt messages to the local market (e.g., optimisation of sales scripts).
- Experience in researching user personas and conducting in-depth analysis of target audience profiles.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in implementing strategies to improve customer service in the B2C segment.
- Experience in conducting research and marketing experiments.
- High level of analytical skills, flexibility of thinking, and a research-oriented mindset.
- C1 level proficiency in Polish.
