Our digital holding with products in FinTech, AI, Affiliate & Web3 is looking for a Content & Growth Marketer to join a brand-new product team.

The ideal candidate:

• Understands how social media algorithms work and knows how to leverage them (X, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
• Experienced in creating viral and engaging content; skilled in writing scripts, concepts, and catchy hooks
• Uses AI tools (GPT, Midjourney, Descript, etc.) in day-to-day marketing work
• Thinks like a digital marketer, not just an offline SMM specialist: works with funnels, warming-up strategies, cohorts, and metrics
• Comfortable in industries such as crypto, affiliate, fintech, AI, or can quickly adapt to them
• Capable of conducting independent research: competitors, niches, trends, target audiences, product-market fit
• Experienced with digital products (subscription services, SaaS, Telegram bots, Web3 platforms, etc.)
• Understands metrics such as reach, ER, CTR, retention, CAC, LTV, and others
• Can analyze and fine-tune a product at the intersection of marketing and product development
• Enjoys experimenting and finding unconventional growth strategies

Nice to have: 

• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, bots, or Web3 platforms
• Paid ads experience (FB/TikTok/X/Telegram)
• English B2+ for research & communication
