• At least 2 years of relevant, relatable experience in areas such as research and statistical data analysis.
  
• Pharmaceutical, logistics or service orientated industry preferred, but not required.
• Experience in market intelligence, data analysis, business research, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; desirable but not essential experience with Power BI, SQL.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear, structured, and visual way.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business development teams.
• Fluent English knowledge.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research Specialist to support the Marketing team with market research, competitor monitoring, and data-driven insight generation. This role plays a key part in enabling strategic decision-making by providing reliable, well-structured information on market dynamics, industry trends, and market performance. 

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and communicating intelligence that informs on trends and movements of existing markets, geographic expansion, service development, and market optimisation.
