• Certified accountant qualification or part-qualified required;
  
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Strong skills in reconciliation, reporting, and financial planning
  
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written);
  
• Proficient in Excel;
  
• Business-partnering mindset and confidence to liaise with various departments;
  
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a dynamic international finance team, supporting the operations of a growing portfolio of software companies across Europe.

You will play a key role in management reporting, financial analysis, and supporting business decision-making across multiple entities in the Central and Eastern European region.

,[Prepare accurate monthly management reports and financial analyses;, Conduct profit & loss reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis;, Maintain and update Excel-based reconciliation and support packs for all balance sheet accounts;, Act as a business partner, working cross-functionally to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions;, Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting processes;, Prepare periodic financial statements, supporting schedules, tax calculations, and cash flow forecasts;, Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations;, Provide accurate documentation and assistance during internal and external audits;, Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies (occasional travel may be required);, Contribute to process improvements and ongoing finance transformation projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.] Requirements: Excel, Accounting, Finance, Balance sheet, Reporting, Financial planning
