• At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and running production-level deep learning solutions (background in computer vision is a big advantage)
• Minimum 3 years in a management role, leading and developing people (or much more hands-on experience and some of team leading)
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solid programming skills in a modern language (our stack includes Python and C++)
• Experience in designing and structuring large-scale, multi-layered software systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
